If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason please contact me within 30 days of receiving your order at thehartfitz@gmail.com

To be eligible for a return refund, I must receive the item back in new condition. Please box the item appropriately to avoid damage in return shipping. My return address is:

If your item arrived to you damaged in shipping, please email me a photo of the item and packaging.

I will only provide a refund for shipments lost in the mail after 90 days from the shipment date. This is to ensure that the package has every opportunity to work its way through the postage system.

Unfortunately, I do not offer exchanges or replacement items.
