Shipping Policy

I endeavor to ship orders out within 3 to 5 days of the order. 

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout.

If the post office returns a parcel for any reason other than a postage miscalculation (such as the recipient moved or refused the item, or the wrong address was provided) a refund will be issued.

I will only provide a refund for shipments lost in the mail after 90 days from the shipment date. This is to ensure that the package has every opportunity to work its way through the postage system.

About Me

pH Cali Creative is my passion project, where I share my love for handmade artistry with the world. By day, I'm a geologist in environmental consulting, dedicated to protecting our soil and water. By night (and weekends!), I dive into my creative side.  

From my home studio in Southern California, I design and craft a variety of unique items—most notably, fun and functional sewn bags. My work also includes ice-dyed scarves, whimsical stuffed creatures, mushroom-themed art, and more. With a blend of scientific curiosity and artistic flair, pH Cali Creative is where Pam brings her vibrant imagination to life.
